Stopped by to get some gas. The lady working the cash register was very nice and she greeted me as I was walking through the door. Love when you find good customer service in today's world.

bathrooms are never clean. also employees and the company as a whole seem to have no moral decency. bucky’s has officially lost me and my family’s business.

I used to really seriously agree with the comments about Greg the manager. I used to avoid him at all cost and I stopped coming around. But I truly feel he’s a decent man and manager. I think we just got off on the wrong foot. I’ve had him help me airing up my tires in the middle of winter. I’ve seen him remove and people from the parking lot. I’ve had him help me with a a car wash and giving me directions with putting oil in my car. I think he’s just a reserved man. But definitely a good man. He’s gained my respect and now I’m super polite to him. Buckys did the right thing by keeping him on and he’s a asset to the buckys team. Crazy enough I keep coming back now because of Greg. ud83eudd37ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0fud83dude0a

Who do i contact on making a complaint about a store in Council bluffs, Ia? My brother got stranded down by 16th and broadway in the heat.. It was over 100 degrees and he walked quite a bit.. He needed water bad.. He stopped and ask for some water and he had not one cent to his name. When he asked for water the manager Gregg told him no.. That he needed to pay like 15cents. He went to the er for a heat stroke not 5min later.. Now im very very upset.. That is bs... These are heartless people that work here and ill never go there again... Also another time the ice cream was sour..
