Council Bluffs City Treasurer

These people lie like a door mat, I have not received a invoice in over a year, and they put a lien for the trash collection. Businesses usually send an invoice if they want money. I went to the city treasures office and told them just that. Additionally the collectors have torn up my personal trash cans, and I keep replacing them. Because the trash collectors damaged the yard waste can, they trough it to the ground and broke the the handle on it. Then trough the handle into my yard. Then when I put yard waste in it they stated that they would not dump the contents in the yard waste can because it is damaged and unacceptable. So I went down and purchased the another yard waste can for $70.00, and when purchasing it I told them if this is damaged then they will be responsible for replacing it, I will not keep buying them. Later, the Council Bluffs, police officer came to my door and stated to me that I am barred from the city hall treasures office, and stated I used foul language. I did not do any such thing. These people think they are all of that, I also called a couple of attorneys to see if I could take them to court, they will not help me because they don't want to deal with the City of Council Bluffs, and there idiotic ways. They will do anything for money, and will take any measures to get it. The consumer has to deal with it. They also contacted my mortgage lender complaining about this unpaid bill, and Wells Fargo paid a portion of the bill to shut them up. They accessed the mortgage accounts without my consent. There the ones that are foul and crooked, but I have news for them, in the next five years I am going to sell this house and get the hell out of here, then they ram there trashcans and there crooked ways up there asses. I am not going to push anything with these people any further. But if you live in Council Bluffs, and your a home owner, you will pay for trash sanitation, or they will put a lean on your home and charge you late charges, and with no invoice to pay the bill. These people are foul, and they are crooked. Personally they are not worth the breath it takes to talk to them, as I said a moment ago they ram there crooked ways up there asses the best way it fits.
