Always knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, helpful -- I didn't have my regular preparer this year (Peggy Rhodes) -- I was late getting them done to illness -- and Catherine May and Janet Butcher were both great. I have high regard for all those who work there and enjoy coming in each year -- after I have gone through the grueling work of getting the information needed to do the taxes!

My tax analyst Laura Harris is wonderful to work with and very professional and precise. She was there to give me any information that I needed and informed me of tax breaks I would not have known otherwise. I love working with her very pleasant person.
