Every Friday I go to Pizza Hut. Not for their Pizza. I go for their chicken wings. There's no place that has wings as good as Pizza Hut. We LOVE them!nAdditionally, I had a slight problem with my last order. They cheerfully fixed it much to my great satisfaction. This Pizza Hut is my favorite out of ALL Pizza Huts!

Ordered a pizza at 6:50. Was told on the app that it was going to be about a 45 min wait. Understandable, it’s Friday. Got on the phone to see where it was. Was told it is out for delivery. 25 mins later still not here. Called back and was told it’s just now coming out of the oven. Pretty ridiculous I get lied to!

Ordered pizza, picked it up, took it home found it was made wrong. Called, said they'd remake it. Made it wrong again. Asked for a refund. It hasn't hit my account yet but I'm sure it will. Also manager, who was pleasant through the ordeal was going to discuss problem with employee. I explained I didn't want to stand there for that part and it could be done later. Really!! Get with the program, listen to the order, read the ticket, make the food. I guess on this particular day all that was just to much to handle for this group of people.

Used to order here all the time when $5 deals were available. Don’t order as much anymore, ordered tonight which will probably be the last time. Ordered pizza for delivery, a whole pizza was forgotten, called back and was told they would make it and deliver, wait 1 hour and 10 minutes, called back at 8:30 and were told that they were closed (web says 9pm closing) so they would refund us. Refund has not shown on account yet and I am unsure that it probably ever will. Manager onsite at this time was decent and accidents happen but 2 calls and still didn’t get the pizza? Probably will not order from here anymore.

We order from Pizza Hut about 2x a month. 1/2 times is great the other 1/2 they can’t seem to count. I order the spicy garlic wings every time and average they only put 6 in there. Pretty sure menu says 8. Other then not being able to count the food is great and never had to wait to long!
