Studio Bliss Yoga

I went into the sunrise yoga class as a beginner and the first thought I had walking through the door was that the studio was so welcoming and calming. i quickly spoke with the instructor and got myself squared away. there was an individual in my class that was much more advanced than i was and the instructor easily adapted the class to all skill levels. i did a modified pose of what the advanced student was doing. it made the class beginner friendly, yet still challenging for advanced. there are no mirrors so if you are like me and fluffy, you cant get caught up in your reflection. the space is beautifully laid out and clean.
