My family's first year using this company. The service was fantastic. Like many I don't have a lot of knowledge in this area. My wife and I made a appointment with Judy and she went over every aspect of our return with us. It is refreshing to have someone that takes that much pride in their work. Judy answered every question that my wife and I had. Even after she answered our questions, she made sure we understood what she was saying. We felt appreciated as a customer. Judy did a fantastic job for my family. I will be seeing Judy for many years to come. In a nut shell, Judy was smart, friendly, fast and hardworking. Thank you Judy.

I am a type A person who enjoys doing my own taxes at home, but then I got married and things got more complicated. We've been going to Judy for our taxes for a few years now. She is very friendly and informative, even sending out helpful reminders and tips before each tax season. She'll run the numbers on different scenarios (married or not, itemizing or not) to make sure you get the best refund. I've even asked her tax questions throughout the year, and she is always quick to respond and offer advice. I also like that she knows how to do both Iowa and Nebraska state filing since I work in one state and live in another. You don't get this kind of personal touch and assurance that everything is accurate with software. Save yourself a headache and call Judy.

I've been using this service for 3 years and I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. They are professional, accurate, punctual, and friendly. Highly recommend.

The level of service is outstanding. You won't find a better place in the city to do your accounting or tax work. I highly recommend her!

DO NOT go to Judy Roane for any of your tax or accounting needs. She is very rude. She will not help you in any way after you have filed with her. She does not make her business policy's clear upfront then when you need help at a later date she makes up rules and wants to charge money for services that other tax and accounting offices do for free. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.
