We have used this storage mart location for 6 months and have been blown away by the high level of customer service provided. The manager on site, Mary has gone above and beyond to accommodate us on several occasions and I can't say enough good things about her staff. They have great prices and it's an awesome location next to the interstate while being a very well secured facility in an already safe location.
Renting space for my extra tools and stuff is something that sits fine with me because the manager, Mary, has been very helpful and professional and the specials and rates are fair. From the first time I called and moved in Mary has followed up for me when I had issues and questions. She is genuinely caring and does what it takes to satisfy people. It's the people that make the difference. I appreciate the attention to security and following up on lock checks. Thanks!

I didn't think that getting a storage unit would be so fun. Mary, at the Merle Hay Mall Road, StorageMart. Was, so professional so efficient, and fun to be around. I know my storage unit, is safe and secure. I stop by my storage unit, at StorageMart, once a week, just to say hi to Mary.
Mary was amazing. She gave me the pay it forward lock so I didn’t have to buy one. I strongly recommend this location for storage.
