Freaky slow and below average..nnAND I just watched the delivery driver toss my sandwich to our step from waist high.nnYikes. 58 minute delivery wait?
Mark, the night time manager with the awesome fuzzy afro, gave me some of the best costumer service I have ever received at any restaurant. He was fast, friendly, and helped me get what I needed during my visit. He is a wonderful employee and I definitely recommend stopping by on one of his night shifts. Great person! I have gone to this Jimmy Johns at least 15 times since it has been in Grimes. Every time I ask for hot peppers to be added and to have the sandwich cut in half. Today would be the 13th time they have forgot both. I go to this location because it’s on my daily commute but I will go out of the way from here on out. Good job listening!
Took 45 minutes to get my delivery order and was unable to eat during my lunch break. I missed out on lunch and only 3 miles from the location and it's a straight drive to me. That was freaky slow, going to have to do something else for lunch from now on.
You get 2 stars because it's hard to mess up these sandwiches. Hard pass on this location though, just waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes and finally gave up and left. Went from fifth to third. 2 cars in 30 minutes... Horrible.
