Sam, I hope you read this! You're amazing. I called ahead. They didn't have what I needed. But, Sam went above and beyond to accommodate what I was needing. He checked other stores, knew exactly what I was looking for and looked around for me.nnGood people make a good store. This is a damn good store.

Kurtis (with a K) was pretty awesome. He helped my friend and I out a lot today. Anytime I come in to Shag, the staff is always the friendliest. I love walking in there and saying Hi. They always do a great job answering any questions you have. They have such great vibes and positive attitude.

Nice people there. They are willing to help. They will stay with you until your done asking about the things your interested in.

I had gone to a smoke shop down the road and was disappointed to find nothing in my price range before checking out Shag, right when I arrived Kurtis was incredibly helpful and very prompt in the way he provided service. Within 5 minutes I was at the register paying for exactly what I was looking for. Finding out I was $1.50 short and waiting on a new card in the mail, Kurtis even went as far as to pay the remaining dollar and change. Absolutely will recommend.

Love this place !! Glad they are so close to home and always have something new to show me. I always get the impression they care more for customer experience than just making a sale .
