Absolutely horrible. Not only did the owner not allow me to try on hardly any dresses but she also made me keep my jeans on and slip dresses over my head, given I am 5’11” and the lady helping me was a good 3 ft shorter then me. I wish I never went here. Horrible experience and the owner was extremely rude to me when all I wanted to do was find a wedding dress.
My friend was going to buy a dress from this store, she was curious as to what the size was that she tried on so I went back to check the tag on it and they wouldn't let me look at the tag. I was asked if we were going to buy it from somewhere else, which I replied no. And then they said well that dress was just a sample and refused to let me see the dress again. I told them that she just wanted to know what size it was and that she was going to buy the dress. They said for $5 they would do her measurements but still wouldn't let me see the dress and was very rude. I told them that they could forget that dress purchase, she'll buy from somewhere that will be nice to her and wants to make a sale. Very horrible experience!!!
This place is horrible. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I love supporting local and am willing to pay more but not when the customer service is as subpar is this place. I recommend going somewhere else heck anywhere else but this place.
They won’t allow you to look at the dress. I don’t want to waste my time scheduling an appointment when I can look at a dress and tell if you carry anything in my style.
