Purchased a dress, let sales lady know I was unsure about it and it was for a September event (it’s July) but she said no problem. Looked online and it appeared they had a return policy. Two days later I attempted to return the dress. They did not allow.nThey showed me a sign that was NOT POSTED when I purchased the dress. You better know what you want, because you can’t take it back.

Avoid this place!!!!!!!!!!! This women is awful, she is extremely pushy. I ordered a dress and it never arrived. This place is awful. She never gave me my money back and offered ugly and cheaper dresses. Do nottttt shop here.

I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Lady was rude as hell ! She was pressuring my cousins to by a quince dress, told her she had to pay in full. She made her try on a dress then kicked me out from trying to help her zip it up. When we went back up to the counter we told her that will be back, that will think about it. She then got serious and threw her booklet down. Never experienced customer service like that. I’m surprise her store is still open. Like I said, I wouldn’t recommend going to this store. Worst place ever! Sadly I had to rate this stupid store. But I’d give it no stars.

The owner tells women that they are too big to even try on her dresses .

I had went K Fashion at Valley West Mall. We went to K Fashion for the damas dresses for my daughter’s Quinceañera. We ordered the dresses on Oct 6 and was told that the dresses would be here prior to her Quinceañera. When going to other locations they quoted us only needing 7 days to have the dresses come in so we thought 20 days should have been plenty. The Monday prior to her Quinceañera I called to get a status of the order. The lady didn’t ask my name, she just asked what color the dresses were. She then asked me when her Quinceañera was, if it was that coming weekend or the next. When I told her in 5 days she said that she will call me back either later that evening or the next day. I asked if my dresses will be here on time and she said yes and hung up.nWe got a text from her, not a call but a text saying that we can pick up the dresses Friday at 4:00. Since I was at the hall decorating I had to make arrangements for someone to go and pick them up. 3:30 I received a text stating that the dresses would be ready at 8:00 PM! I call her and told her that we are out of town and that it doesn’t work for us to come at 8:00 at night when it the night before her party and we are getting ready at the Hall. I told her that I was disappointed in her customer service. She guaranteed that we would have the dresses in time for the party. Her response was, she did keep what she guaranteed since her party was the NEXT day. I told her that I felt as though she should have to deliver the dresses since the change in the time when they will be available. With this she asked me if I was going to pay her to do this! She said that she didn’t make any money off of me and that she had to pay for shipping already to get the dresses here. With this she said that she will call me back later and hung up. She then called my daughter and said that she would have the dresses delivered to my house at 11:00 on Saturday. (The day of the party) At 11:00 we call and find out that she hadn’t even left yet and that she said that she would have to call one of her employees.nWe had to scramble to find someone someone go to the store to pick up the dresses to only find out that they weren’t even there! She told the person to wait there 45 minutes while she went to the UPS store to pick them up! I highly suggest not using K Fashion.nnIf I could give no stars I would!
