I went here a year ago with my mom and a friend to find a prom dress. Everyone around us was receiving help and someone told us they'd help us in a minute but never followed through. We started to look around on our own and when the employee found us she almost seemed upset we started without her. We weren't going to wait as we had already been shopping around for 15 minutes before she noticed. Furthermore, the dresses cost so much more than almost any other store I went to, and the material on 90% of the dresses was garbage. It was the same material that is used for kids costumes.nWe also had a friend go here to buy a bridal dress and she found one, fell in love with it, and spent a fortune on it. Stacey's screwed her over with a different, cheaper version of the dress. This store is the worst I have been to. They don't know a thing about customer service, and charge you hand and foot as all they seem to care about is money. Not including myself, I can think of 3 friends of mine that got fed up with this store in the past and had similar experiences. One couldn't buy a dress because of a policy that stated you couldn't buy a dress someone from your school already bought, and she was heartbroken because she had already fallen in love with that dress. Spend your time literally any place else and it will be a better experience than wasting your time here.

I cannot express enough how amazing Leslie was at my appointment. I brought my three best friends and my kids to go find my perfect dress, we had just left David’s Bridal and had an absolutely terrible experience. We were met at the door and immediately made to feel welcome! I found the dress if my dreams and was made to feel so special while trying it on! I cannot thank them enough for that!

Worse place ever!!! If I could give -5 star, I would. My mom went in to order a dress and they took all her exact measurement but when she went to pick it up it was too loose. Before she ordered the dress, one of the ladies said that it would only cost $25 to add the straps. Now they are charging her $20 plus $75 to alter it, so a totally of $95. The dress was $175 and now she have to pay an extra $100. She might as well brought two dresses. If they had told her upfront that the dress would cost this much to alter, she wouldn't have ordered it. What a horrible place! If she went there to give her exact measurement but they couldn’t do it correctly, then it was the store fault. Why does she need to pay for their mistakes. She might as well go to Yonkers or somewhere else and buy the dress and talor it herself. Never again!!!

I had a great experience with an associate at staceys, they were supper nice. Stacey came in and loved the dress I was wear. Next thing I hear was her speaking secretly to her employees that I was fat and to grab me a better dress. I felt beautiful in this dress and I wanted to leave right away. Stacey didn't seem to be a nice person and only cares about selling her products. She looked at me and faked that I looked good in her dress.nnThe only person that deserves credit is Shannon. She was amazing and lovable!

Chanon is amazing. We had the best time at Stacey's because of her honesty and sense of humor! She will help you find exactly what you want, not to mention the cleanliness of the shop and the overall aesthetic. Very pleased with all aspects of my experience and would highly recommend! Great customer service and great quality dresses!
