Today the ball joint broke on my Taurus. I think it was Mark from Ultimate that showed up to tow my car to the dealer. He was amazing!! He put the joint back well enough to get my car on the flat bed with no further damage. He let me know what he saw wrong with the vehicle so that when I talk with the dealer tomorrow I know what items I should make sure get addressed. I am so grateful for his help.

Mark came out on I-80 at 6pm Saturday night and towed my large SUV back to shop. Completed analysis on Sunday (transmission shot). Ordered rebuilt Monday AM and stayed until 11pm Monday and delivered it to our Hotel Tuesday AM.nHe had told us possibly Wednesday and then turned it around for Tuesday AM for us to continue trip to CO.nThank you Mark, you saved us another day for hotel and rental car.
