I called in and set up an appointment for my grandpas remote start as it wasn’t working. After explaining to Diane that I was helping my grandpa who knows very little English Diane quickly explained over the phone how to work the remote start just to make sure he knew how to properly work it. Well after realizing that his actual car key fob wasn’t working so his car wasn’t locking I locked it and guess what.... it worked!!! Not only that he didn’t know the remote start key fob could lock and unlock his car! I seriously have not had that great of service in a long time, maybe ever!!! I will tell everyone I know to go to S and C Automotive and I myself will also go here all thanks to Diane. She’s the best!!!

Just got remote start installed on my truck this morning. The whole process was super easy and the staff was helpful and friendly. Dropped it off in the morning and about an hour later it was done! Pretty good job overall. I got the inside out protection and the anti-corrosion spray. Only complaint is that when I got it back, some of the door liner/padding foam looks to be separated/peeling off. I’m sure it’s an easy fix with gorilla glue or something, but still, the fact remains that it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off.nnWould still recommend.

I took my truck to stew hansens dodge to get my tail gate recall done on my Dodge Ram. After they completed the work I went to pick up my truck and noticed the finish on my aftermarket wheels was damaged. They were satin/matte black with machine finished aluminum. The Matte finish had turned white and the aluminum part of the wheel was chipping. I got the body shop manager involved and after a lot of going back and forth I was sent to C&S Automotive to inspect my wheels, because the dealer buys chemicals from them. After setting up an appt I came in and a manager came out and two detail guys, they looked at my wheels and agreed that it was a chemical burn and the finish on the wheels was destroyed. Guys were nice and said they have seen it happen to a couple other customers that had this finish on their wheels. I left and contacted the GM from stew hansens (he wanted their opinion). This is where things turn bad and unethical. Bob the owner of c&s decided to write an email to the gm at stews stating that HIS professional “opinion” was that this was not their or stew hansens fault but it was “years of car washes”. Just so we are clear bob never looked at my wheels since he wasnt even there! His manager and two of his employees told me that this was a chemical burn and that they have seen it happen before on wheels like mine. Long story short Stew hansens did not follow Bob’s advice and acknowledge their detail guy made a mistake by not washing the chemical off and took care of the problem. Bob just seemed interested in selling the chemicals and even tried lying to stews just to keep their business is what My “opinion” is. Unethical and does not stand behind their product so this is a warning to all Dealerships that use c&s chemicals BEWARE.
