10-10-2020, our car started misfiring on the way home from Merle Hay Mall. Pulled in to J&K auto and left it with them. Picked up the next day good as new. Dropped my car off on a Sunday and it was ready for me to pick up at the end of their business day on Monday. I had new brakes, rotors, a power steering pump, and thermostat removed and replaced and a broken door handle repaired. I am so happy with the results and the price was around what I expected. Super professional and nice team. I’ll be going to them for all repairs I need in the future!
I use these guys all the time and they do such a great job. I am a female and I don't know much about cars and they do not take advantage of me like all the other shops around town. There prices are fair and they tell you exactly what needs to be fixed. As opposed to ( I won't name names) the shop I used to go to that would hand me a list 2 pages long of what needs fixed on my car. They are friendly and do a great job! I highly, highly recommend J and K auto for all your car maintenance!
These guys are just excellent. They always do really quality work every time. I recommend them highly and I use them exclusively on all of my trailers and equipment. They are just a well seasoned very experienced and talented group of mechanics.
