Spoke with Dan last night about getting two tires the next morning. He was great to talk to. He was going to have his guy get the tires from a warehouse in the am and then he was going to work me in. I got here this morning and was met by Billy. He was so friendly and kept me updated on the status. I am still here but felt the need to leave the review now because of how impressed I am with their service. I regularly go to the Big O in Denver, but I'm in town visiting my parents. Dan was awesome and got me in super quick, and super last minute on a Saturday. I forgot the other gentlemen's name but both were a pleasure. Thanks guys!
We had a great experience with Big O Tires! When we needed new tires, Big O's customer service and efficiency was excellent! They had to order our tires, and scheduled our appointment as quickly as possible. When installing the new tires, they were fast and the employees I interacted with were kind and happy. We'll definitely use them again!

The staff are so friendly and helpful here. As male salesmen, they didn't talk down to myself and my friend who came in to pick me up. Because of this, she ended up buying all new tires also!
