Got my simple breakfast order wrong
Seems like they were having a bad day. Lost my order in the drive thru, and brought it out after a little delay, but forgot the drink. Ordered an apple pie, but got something else. It was all good, just chaos.
I stop there every morning. It takes about 15 minutes to get through the drive through. Ridiculous.
Food was not hot, barely warm, order was wrong, no straws, we had 4 or 5 drinks, no napkins. We had 5 orders. We were the only ones there over the noon hour. That should have told us something that the locals already knew. Since then, I talked with another Johnson resident, he said they quit going there because it was so poor and slow.
Horrible experience, I gave up trying to find anything on their electronic menu due to it constantly shifting between the menu and my total. Never going to that location again. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.
