I have called on THREE SEPARATE occasions in the last week. Two of those calls being the shop phone, and the 800 number on the website in case I could get a hold of someone quicker but I’m assuming it’s linked to the shop phone. Each time I was on hold for 15+ minutes. I tried doing the “text an agent option” and was also unable to get a response. What a shame. I’ll take my business elsewhere & let it be known your customer service isn’t up par. Unfortunately I have to give you a star, but at least it’s not plural ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

Michael was so kind and helpful making sure I could select the right unit for my storage needs. He was very kind and welcoming! The location is neat and clean and easy to navigate.nnI was very impressed with Affordable Family Storage that I referred my daughter to switch her storage as well.nnMichael also treated us like family, which is appreciated! We have never experienced that with other companies around here.nnThank you!

We had contacted two storage sites close to our current home. One was not climate-controlled. And so, we look for another option, and that was Affordable Family Storage, very close to our new home. I called and spoke with Michael. He verified the information we had seen online, answered our questions and reserved a unit for us. We visited the next day. We found a smaller unit that worked even better. Michael worked with us regarding the choice of location of the unit and the special pricing available. Michael represented the company very well; he was polite, knowledgeable and respectful. We appreciate all the features available with this storage rental.
