I had CR Painting paint a large portion of oak woodwork white inside our new home. They did such a great job, and were very considerate, professional, timely and efficient. I was shocked at how quickly they finished this job, that seemed so unattainable if I were to tackle it on my own.They had a keen attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves as this was a multi-day job. They were always very courteous and explained the process of what they were doing that day. I would completely recommend their product and services. I'm so happy with the result of updating our house and will definitely use them again for future projects! Thank you CR Painting!
Very disappointed in the customer service. I scheduled a time this week for an estimate. They took my name, address, phone number and email. They told me that the estimator may arrive sometime during the day on Wednesday, but most likely around 11am. Wednesday came and went. They told me that if the estimator doesn't show on Wednesday that they would stop by on Thursday. Nope. Thursday came and went. I repeatedly tried to call the office but only got voicemail throughout the day on Thursday. A call or email would have been nice to update me on the status and let me know if there had been a change. But I have received no contact.
