James services were amazing, he was there every step of my case, including weekends when needed the most, with very little notice. He fought for me in every angle possible. Beyond amazing attorney who I would recommend to anyone needing legal advice.

Mr. Nelsen has been very unresponsive with my son-in-laws case and it took him a week to even visit my son in jail that has disability's. I believe he is very unprofessional and only cares about high profile cases. Mr. Nelsen was assigned to my sons case federally and while we was in court both myself in friend heard him stating his exact words where how hes so f###### stressed about my son's case. Well how I see it if you can not attend to the clients that you have then don't take on any extra cases for other defendants because not only is it unfair but highly disrespectful to put my son's case. My son shouldn't have to feel like his case is on the back burner because you have high profile cases. My son deserves a good attorney that will work hard for him to get out and this has not been the case. I don't think this attorney knows how much pain this causes the whole family trying to do right by there son to be ignored and pushed away with empty promises. Its so unfair and so unprofessional period!
