Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping - Urbandale

Farrell's Urbandale is an absolutely wonderful place to workout!! It is truly a family-like atmosphere that makes working out fun! If you love to have fun and also reach your fitness goals at the same time I highly recommend Farrell's! I've been hear over a year now and I cannot believe the changes I have seen and I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else!! I love the people here and the workouts are even better!!

Been with Farrell's for 11 years now. The friends I have made there have helped hold me accountable to my workouts. I'm really glad we changed our resistance bands training. It's the right mix with the kickboxing.

This is a great place to workout, and the manager, Denise, is a rock star! I usually workout at noon and teach at 915am.
