Always a pleasure to workout at QuickHIT! Chris is an incredibly talented trainer. I love being able to get in such a great workout in such a short period of time.
I absolutely loved the workout I had at QuickHIT. I have a busy lifestyle and it's hard to make time for the gym and feel like I got the most out of my workout. But in just 20 minutes I accomplished more than an hour on a treadmill. Would definitely recommend!
