The customer service at this Buy Buy Baby was excellent; especially from Katie and Mary in the furniture department who did everything they could to find a discontinued nightstand for me. They went out of their way to help me complete the set. They called multiple Buy Buy Baby stores to find inventory and helped resolve shipping issues. They could have just said we don’t have this at our store and hung up but they were super helpful. I highly recommend working with them!

Super helpful staff, and honest about brand differences. I'm an expecting first time mom - and every time I go in, they offer me great feedback and stick around the budget I'm trying to stay in... have my registry here, but have also purchased our crib, bedding, nursery chair and changing table from here - all arrived on time, and are exactly what I was hoping for. :)
I ordered the Trend Lab farm stack crib set online, and received it in less than two days! Super cute and great quality. Will go to Buy Buy Baby for all my baby needs for my future niece or nephew!
