Staff has been excellent any time I've gone in. Very helpful and great with returns. I had a shirt that shrunk in the wash and they gave me a refund with no hassle. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Normal prices are quite high but they have sales frequently that makes stuff very reasonable.

Such a beautiful store, everything is displayed so enticingly from the front to the back of the store. Beautiful quality merchandise. They offer sleepwear, casual wear, outterware, shoes and more. I really like their winter coats and accessories. They offer such a variety from light weight everyday to coats that will keep you warm while hitting the powder, or shoveling the driveway only to have to shovel again an hour later.

What a positive experience. Sarah, the manager, was helpful and very understanding about the shedding of my down jacket. She went above and beyond helping me decide a different jacket that was exactly what I needed/wanted. She made the exchange process simple and painless. Can’t say enough good things. Definitely will be bringing my business here from now on because of Sarah’s warmth and kindness.

I love Eddie Bauer! This is the place to shop when the clothes at banana republic is TOO tight for muscled men like me.

This store is a joke. All of their clothes look like they are from a Hawaiian Goodwill. There is literally not one single item in the store that is not covered in floral print. One of the employees had a very nasty attitude but I believe this is because he forgot his floral shirt at home and had to settle for a shirt with palm trees. The store isn't even good enough to be on the top floor when half the stores are empty. If I could find a K Mart that was still open I would gladly shop there instead. They didnt even have the advertised croquet set available. I ordered a catalog from L L Bean and will do my shopping there from now on. Also the store is tiny... Why isn't it wider?
