Kory is just great at his job. Very courteous and always has a smile on his face. Liz at the front desk was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. There is no place I'd rather go if I was in an accident. The people at Willis are amazing
Very friendly and helpful. Car looks great after repair! I would give 5 stars except hard to talk to someone. usually have to leave a .message. my call was always returned though on the same day.i would recommend them!
The shop picked up our truck and delivered it back home. Josh worked with us and allowed us to wait on repairs until our garage was all fixed and we could once again store it inside. Very pleased with Willis' Team.
The team at Willis was excellent. Chad was quick with answering questions but best of all the repair job was quick, on time, under budget and done well. Very impressed!
I recently took my car to get repaired after the infamous Derecho. The process couldn't have been easier or more hassle-free. I worked with Kory throughout the whole process--he was incredible. He was informative/knowledgable, professional, timely and etc. Plus, my car was cleaner inside and out then when I dropped it off. Highly recommend!
