This location has a great team of technicians who clearly work well together! There was a bit of a wait to have my car worked on (~45 minutes just due to cars ahead of me), but I was informed of the possible wait when I arrived and the technician who greeted me was polite and had a smile on his face. Once my car was in the garage, all the maintenance checks were done quickly and the recommendations relayed to me in a timely and polite manner. All of the technicians were courteous and respectful and did nice work and got it done quickly. Will definitely be back in the future!

First time bringing my jeep gladiator in for an oil change. There was only 3 guys there and all of them worked hard to make sure she was at top performance. Definitely going there again and recommending!

I went in for an oil change and the gentleman at the counter was very polite and did a good job explaining things. The issue I had is when I left I noticed a light was on so I called.and they stated to return. I went back and he stated that he checked my tires so it must have been a sensor or on when I brought it. I explained that I did not have any lights when brought in and I felt dismissed. I get on the interstate and drive 2 hours with the light on and couldn't figure out why my truck was handling weird. I ended up driving to a mechanic shop to check ot out and mu car was nearly flat. They told me I was very lucky driving on the highway like that. He said the air was removed pit of the tire instead of added. He added air and my light went right off and my trucks handling normal now. I will not be returning because that was something simple that should have been caught. This could have caused me to have me to have an accident with my child and pet in the truck. I am so livid and will never return to that location. Horrible experience!

Paid for oil change and new air filter. 2 months later check engine light came on. Discovered that oil dipstick had been put in backwards, rattled loose, and spewed oil all over the manifold. Left with $300 bill for engine clean up. This location did not stand by their work and only offered a free oil change. Poor service, would not recommend.

My recent visit to Jiffy Lube was an excellent experience. They were friendly and very efficient, and I have always found them knowledgeable about my vehicle. They never pressure me to buy a service, but prudently recommend what is needed. This team provides an important service to their community, and I appreciate their dedication to their work.
