I dropped off my vehicle for a few repairs, I expected it to take forever, they had me in and out in no time. Staff were very friendly and explained what was wrong. Great customer service.

The midas in Clive, Iowa was hands down the best service I have ever received out of all the midas establishments across the country. I travel for work, from Philadelphia to Salt Lake City. This location stood out. Professionalism, quick work, overall work on vehicle was great(oil change, front axel replacements, wheel bearing replacement.)nI recommend this location if you are in the Des Moines Iowa area.

I recently took my vehicle in due to it not completely starting. Turns out my fuel pump was going bad. I was quoted almost $900 for the repair.. For a single mother I was crushed, I was so upset. However what made me most upset was finding out that this shop DOUBLES their prices. After doing my research with multiple licensed mechanics after parts and labor it was really only a $425-450 job... I understand making a profit, but to charge double is just wrong. I feel bad for anyone who takes their vehicle here and is overcharged. Do your research and definitely do not choose Midas.

Stopped here while passing through town. They were efficient, professional and affordable. Most importantly, the service cost what I expected with no surprise ‘extras.’ Thanks for helping us out on our trip.
