Never had a bad experience here! They take care of me AND my car. They are so quick and efficient. They are friendly and appreciative. They even shuttled me home so I didn't have to sit there while my care was being worked in!!! I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. :)

Edit to add: Someone reached out to me very quickly to address my concerns, and let me know how they would be improving their process/training going forward based on my feedback. While the repairs have already been scheduled with a different shop, I appreciate their speed and willingness to try and make it right.nnI took my vehicle in to find out what maintenance needed to be done as I just hit 90k miles. They called me a short while later with a total estimate of well over $4,000. I went elsewhere for a second opinion, and their estimate was less than half of what Car X provided. Some of the items Car X said needed to be done were recommended by the manufacturer, but were not absolutely necessary at that time. For instance, they recommended replacing my serpentine belt. While this is recommended by the manufacturer around 90k miles, the second shop advised mine is in good condition and does not need to be replaced at this time. Same thing with my shocks and struts, which were also part of Car X’s estimate. Additionally, Car X told me I would need a new battery. The second shop found that my battery was fine, the terminals just needed to be cleaned.nWhile I understand why Car X would include the manufacturer’s suggested maintenance in their estimate, they were not clear with me on what was most urgent, what was a suggestion, etc. And when I asked for a list of everything they thought needed to be done, they let me know it would not include pricing. That makes it a bit harder to plan my budget and how I’m going to get those things fixed. The second shop I went to was able to provide me a breakdown of all necessary maintenance, the pricing, and what was most urgent.

Excellent customer service! Walk-in check up was done in 15 minutes or so (for the audio system); staff was super friendly & made helpful recommendation.

Had an awesome experience here. Never had my oil changed so fast and Ryan was very helpful. Will be coming back for all future oil changes as well as any other issues/maintenance that arise with my vehicles.

It was quick easy painless and most importantly didn’t break the bank couldn’t recommend them more.
