Just went to the lot with my mother law who wanted to buy a crossover. We looked in windows of numerous ones and were on the lot for over 40 minutes and not a SINGLE person came out to talk to us. She wanted to sit in them to see for sure which one she wanted, but we were unable to even get someone to unlock one so she could. We will be looking at ANY other Cadillac dealer beside this one! I guess if your not in a suit they don't want to waste the trip outside to talk to you! VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!
