I was in a parking lot with a dead battery. I contacted AAA and they sent out Westside with an estimated arrival time of 45 minutes, however Dario arrived in 15 minutes instead. I was thrilled. After a short discussion we decided to replace the battery versus jumping it, under the circumstances, that was the right move. Dario was prepared with a battery on the truck and efficiently and quickly installed it. And that was not the easiest task. with it being a Volvo. Dario was professional and safety conscious with Covid and I appreciated his thorough assistance.

What a great experience. Used them through AAA and Dario was sent out to help with a dead battery and car that wouldn't start. He was extremely professional in his diagnostic questions and ahead of schedule. He dove in to solve the problem and when nothing worked, he hooked up and towed to the shop. Well done!!!
