I've been a member of Financial Plus Credit Union for over 20 years and have always had excellent customer service. I've especially been pleased with the services available to members. I've used FPCU for all of my auto loans, personal loans, CD's as well as 2 home mortgage loans. I recently sold and bought a new home and Erik Abrahamzon at the West Des Moines branch went above and beyond to make our closing of our new home happen even when the deal on our sold home fell through a few days before closing. During a very stressful time Erik made things run smoothly. I will always bring my banking needs to FPCU!

Very friendly staff and extremely competitive interest rates! Jennifer and Kyle in loans are both knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer any of my financial questions. If you’re tired of being treated as “just a number” by national banks, and still save money with lower interest rates, this is the place for you! I will be referring friends and family to see Jennifer & Kyle at Financial Plus in the future!

Excellent staff and service! It doesn’t matter if I use the lobby or the drive thru, I’m always treated with professionalism and kindness. Any question that I have is answered quickly and thoughtfully. When I call Financial Plus, I know that I will be in good hands, and what I enjoy most is that if someone tells me they’ll “get back to me”, they always do.

We reached out to Financial Plus Credit Union to check into a Home Line of Credit and were fortunate enough to get the services of Kyle Passick to assist us in the process.nnHe laid out the options to us and explained and helped us through the whole process and in a very timely manner to help us meet our home improvement needs.nnIn today's fast paced and aggressive economy it's refreshing to know that there is still great customer service to be had out there.
