Seriously WORST service I have ever received! It takes over an hour almost every time and all they ever say is there's nothing they can do about it! Today when I placed my order at 1:30pm and just now got my sandwich at 2:46pm!!! I called at 2:18pm and they said my sandwich was out with the driver so that means my sub sat in here car for almost 30 mins! When I told the Manager I wanted a new sub I was told he was sorry and there's nothing that they can do!!!!!! I normally do not write reviews but this is insane to me.
So much for “freaky fast” my order took over a hour to come.
Terrible service.nPlaced order and it never showed out for delivery, even after an hour.nAt some point they delivered, but never knocked or rang doorbell - I was sitting in the living room.nCalled the store and whoever answered just didn't care. Listed to what I said - said they left it on front step - and then just silence.nI was calm, polite, and quiet. I gave up and ended the call because they wouldn't engage with me at all.
Jimmie Johns is remarkably consistent with their food. Very fast and predictably good!
Waited in drive thru for 5 minutes got nothing so I drove to window waited another 5 mins and got nothing. 2pm
