I got a Brazilian wax. She made me feel very comfortable for my first time and kept the conversation flowing, which helped take my mind of the pain. She always made sure I was okay and made the experience enjoyable. 10/10 will recommend Lauren
First off, Kristi is the absolute best! She is the sweetest, and most comfortable person to be around. That welcoming nature is the icing on the top of the cake to match how thorough she is with her waxing. She does a great job of educating me on any questions I have for aftercare, or just addressing concerns in general. It’s hard to book with her sometimes and I can understand why. I’ve been seeing Britni at Metrowaxx for YEARS. From day one she has been nothing but amazing.
