The first time I came to UrbanCity, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Tabetha was real cool. She and I talked like we've known each other for years! She did Starter Locs for my daughter and even reached out later to see how things were going for her in her new Loc Journey! That was over a year ago... Now, I have Locs and my daughter just re-started her Loc Journey and I'll be getting my 1st retwists done by Tabetha soon.
