F45 Training Johnston IA

Coming from a collegiate track athlete I had been looking for a place to go where I could get the most out of my workouts. I would get bored easy but with F45 everything is different every single day! On cardio days I burn over 750 calories in 45 minutes! If you’re looking for a place to go this is definitely worth the money! It’s been the hardest thing I’ve done since college track! You won’t be disappointed!

This place has great potential, but horrible management. The owner, Don knows nothing about training and yet hires and fires without consult with his staff. Don’t go to this place.
