Stopped by today to look at a Lexus. Ended up not purchasing it, as it wasn’t quite what we wanted. Relaxed and laid back, no pressure and the price was great. Didn’t try to quick sell us something else or make us sit down to talk over a deal and financing.

I repeatedly stopped by and called to look at a van. They told me it had a headlight that wasn't working correctly and it was going to the dealer to get fixed, but I could look at it. I looked and they told me it would be back on Monday. I came back on Monday after calling (I had to leave work early to make it before they closed) and they let me test drive but said it needed to go back and have the light fixed still. I said I was still interested and to give me a call when it came back. I never got a call back and so I came in a day after they said it would be back, and when I got there they told me that they sold it, but they had this other van that just came in, only a couple thousand more. I went to car City West and got a van instead.
