We bought our last car at capital City motors, and received amazing service then. both our daughter and son-in-law got their two vehicles from capital City motors again with excellent service. Sometimes life just throws you a curve and you're in a pickle so we needed a new vehicle and our salesperson Rod did an amazing job. He went above and beyond and so thanks to him we now have a newer vehicle that fits into our budget. I would recommend anyone and everyone to capital City motors because they truly have proven that they care about you as a customer.
Very helpful and excellent salesmen and very knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.. after a month and a half still no word from the finance co and still no fuse box cover that they said they would order completely dissatisfied with this I personally have never had this happen before but I guess I will have to order the fuse box cover myself. And refinance. Thru my own bank capital does not even respond any longer.
Alex was so helpful and kind. All of the staff I worked with were. This was a brand new experience for me, and I'm so grateful to have had such kind people helping me navigate new waters. Signed the papers today, and got my pretty red Chevy Sonic. It is so clean and drives nice, they even fueled it for me before I took it. They all worked hard to get me into this car from my Buick that badly needed replaced. Thanks so much guys for all the help. It was a wonderful experience!
