Pizza Hut

Pizza is usually undercooked, light on sauce and light on cheese. Last two times I ordered for delivery online the original estimate said 1 hour. After an hour the estate had climbed to 90 minutes more. Service has been good at times and poor at times. The only reason I still occasionally try to order is because they are the only Pizza Hut in town. This all started before Covid, so it is not all from the pandemic, although the pandemic didn't help. Why are the Grimes chain restaurants all managed so poorly?

Tried this location as our local Pizza Hut closed. Not a good first experience. They did not have the right crust we ordered. They not use light sauce as requested. The cinnabuns were chewy and they had to reminded to give us extra icing. Have to keep looking I guess.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Worst employees ever. Messed up my order completely. Burnt my pizza. Cold wings . No garlic sauce. And I got charged for all of it. Is rather go but a jack’s pizza n eat it. Workers were sloots

Pizza was ready when we got there to pick it up. Order was accurate and pizza good.

This place is horrible...seems like everytime we get it for delivery they say 40 mins (live less then 5 mins away) and we have to call at least twice, shows up 2 hours later..and its cold.
