This bank is one of the finest banks I have ever dealt with in the past. They treat you very well and are responsive in each and every case I have dealt with them over the past 15 years. The tellers almost always know you by name and respect your business. Fantastic place to do business !
I’ll be honest. I’ve been in this bank twice since moving to town and the clerks seem rude and not very pleasant to talk to. They look like they just don’t want to be there. I think I’ll keep driving 25 min to Ankeny instead of having to suffer coming back.
