The couple that own and run this business are AMAZING , good hearted people. They genuinely care for their customers and want to help. I fell on some hard times and more than once they were understanding and compassionate. Very fair pricing , secure and safe , and a good variety of sizes if units for your storage needs. I highly recommend East University self storage!!!

My mother, sister and I all have a storage here and they are amazing. I have a baby in October and to help me out they waved my November fee. When I was in between jobs we came up with a plan for me that worked and didn’t break me. Absolutely amazing people. Family owned and they understand how much family truly means and if you tell them your situation they will always work with you

Hello owners! My name is Elisa and I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. I was renting storage at the facility about 6 or 7 years ago and I lost everything because i couldn't pay my bill. I was a young single mother and didn't realize how important that storage unit would be years later. I lost my SON'S BABY BOOK that I worked so hard on for YEARS and have been DEVASTATED since i realized. Can you PLEASE do some research and see who might have bought my stuff/ unit when I couldn't pay. I PRAY they may have come across it and stuck it away somewhere. Can you please help me, make some calls and/or look/ask around your facility for this book. He was a red headed blue eyed baby and there's many pictures in the book. Thank you for any help you can offer, this means the world to me.
