Pizza Hut

Confirmation in email had correct address and phone number. Waited an hour and a half and called to check on my order. Asked me to hold then hung up on me. Called back and got yelled at by an employee when I asked when it would arrive. They said someone went to the address they didn't. They said they called they didn't. When I said everything in the confirmation was correct he continued to yell saying he didn't know. Then I asked for my money back and he said no. I said I'm sorry I don't understand. Everything is correct you said your reading something your driver wrote down and I told you what you read was incorrect and you're not giving me my money back? He then said he voided the sale and hung up. He needs fired total joke.

My roommate and I placed our ordered, guy verified our order over the phone. The order sounded correct. We got our order. And was missing items. We called and they got it corrected. HOWEVER! the driver that delivered our order, Amy had a complete attitude the second time that it was such of an inconvenience that she had to drive to back to delivery the rest of our items. If you are going to complain about driving food to customers, then you should probably not be a pizza delivery driver.

Horrific experience trying to order a pizza after working 15 hours and waiting and waiting after ordered .....when I called they said they were out of large pan pizzas so they just cancelled our whole order at 1 am making it IMPOSSIBLE to now get anything else delivered! Let me summarize...nException to appalling experience was the nice young man that answered the phone and was behind the counter when I stopped in briefly! He was delightful and I was very grateful that he was wearing a mask.nnI ordered a personal pan pizza and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes (yes, these are actual times as I kept checking my clock). It took me those 10 minutes to drive to the store from work. Sign on the storefront that references contactless carry out. I texted the number as indicated and immediately received a text back asking about order info and car description. I obliged to which I received another text stating the order would be out as soon as it was ready. As I sat in my car waiting (which was another 10 minutes) an employee exited the establishment with a delivery order in hand and he proceeded to spit on the ground directly in front of my car and the only entrance to the establishment. I could see interactions amongst staff and, aside from the gentleman at the front counter, no one was wearing masks. After this 10 minutes a second customer arrived and proceeded past the signage on the storefront and entered the store... didn’t know that was an option. Now, 30 minutes since my initial call I entered the store after this customer was taken care of and promptly cancelled my order in response to the exceedingly long wait but more so because of the spitting and appalling hygiene noted with much of the staff.nnWe used to be excited to order from Pizza Hut... not this one ever again!!!
