I love Gigi and all of the trainers at this studio. They are genuinely caring. I have had sessions at Gigi’s for about 6 years. It is a not a workout, but a necessary therapy for me! Gigi always knows the best exercises to help relieve my aches and pains. As a massage therapist and spa owner, I know some of our clients also see the various trainers at Gigi’s and have great results. I especially appreciate the excellent attention they give to our aging massage clients to help with balance, strength and flexibility so they can maintain an active, independent lifestyle.
