One of the best, most accommodating CrossFit’s I’ve ever been to. Would recommend to anyone, regardless of skill level. Also very accommodating for drop ins. I had the best experience there, the owners and staff are top notch and care greatly about the experience you have as well as the improvement you make as an individual.
