The Services is outstanding. I brought my 10 year old son in to get a good pair of running shoes. He has started running more in the past year and was going to be competing in a 6hr endurance race. The staff made him feel great. We were able to get a shoe that fits his foot well. He was so excited and told everyone about his new shoes. There was a great selection of shoes and other running gear that we needed. I would recommend anyone to go there young or old they have something for experienced runners down to just people like me who just like to walk.

On a recommendation from my doctor, I visited your store and you had everything I needed. It cost more than I had budgeted, but I’m hopeful that it will help with the foot pain that I had been dealing with. It was also neat to see a 3D image of my feet! So cool and helpful for me to understand what shoe would work best.nCustomer service was amazing! I didn’t feel stupid asking questions (as other stores made me feel) and you were encouraging! I would highly recommend you to my family and friends!

I want to share my experience buying walk/running shoes. I've desperately needed some for a long time. I decided today was the day.nGreat experience! Measured my foot digitally, watched my gait as I walked. Gave me in depth education about my feet. Each foot is different from the other! Who knew! LolnI tried on 3 different shoes, probably could tried more. Found one that was primo for my comfort level and fit. Shoes are expensive. The useful thing about going to the store is you can get educated about you & try things on. Excited to be walking/running in actual shoes that fit! JJ was my sales person & he did a fantastic job today! Thank you!

I am very pleased with my shopping experience at Fleet Feet. I purchased a sports bra last October from their booth they had it set up during marathon packet pick up. Loved it until it fell apart a few weeks ago. I went to the store for the first time to purchase a new bra and a pair of new training shoes. I was so happy when I was told they will exchange the bra at no cost to me! That is amazing customer service. I also love my new shoes ud83dudc5fud83dude0dud83dude0d. Will definitely go back and I highly recommend this store.

I made an appointment for a custom fitting. Sam and Sarah were extremely knowledgeable and you could really tell that they were passionate about what they were talking about. They walked me and my boyfriend through the process and helped us get the perfect shoe for the type of running we were doing.
