I'm probably on the lower end of Covid-19 uptightness, but allowing patrons to vape in the store seems acutely reckless. The pathogen is spread via droplets, and vape clouds are literally composed of exhaled droplets. A full-throated, open-mouth cough onto the counter would be a victimless crime in comparison to the lingering expose of one's lung flora that is a vape cloud.nnNothing wrong with folks picking up some vape supplies and going on their merry way, as I myself like to do, but allowing customers to indulge in closed quarters (along with the clerk behind the counter) is poor judgement, plain and simple. I hope you'll come around to being more firm regarding public health and ask people to step outside before vaping.

I have been shopping here for a few years now. The employees are always super friendly, they have a good stock of liquids and mods.nYes, they run out of certain things sometimes (as other reviews have stated) but that happens with every retailer.nMr & Mrs is my favorite vape shop, and I will continue to come here for my vaping needs.

Edit: I’m a customer who came in with a question regarding vape juice I purchased. I was told to come back “later” when the owner is free. I asked if he can call the owner to get a quick response as I’ll be going on a trip and he said sorry I can’t call him.nnOwner seems nice but according to the other guy customers have to work around owner’s schedule not other way around to get any type of customer service.

I have more recently discovered this place, and it is great. Super friendly people, always more than happy to answer questions. They have great prices and their sales are always worth it.nnI have gotten several products from them so far, and haven't had a bad thing to say so far. They can tell you about the various products they have, they help you find what you are looking for, and they don't try to push products on you that you have no interest in.nnGood people, good business.

Place is great employees and owner are all major cool and chill guys even though I can't vape anymore till I'm 21 place still holds a spot in my heart
