Faiza Omar at Financial Plus on Ingersoll branch is amazing to work with. We appreciate her knowledge and recently was able to help us save a great deal of money on interest expense for an auto loan. We love FP and Faiza. We’re members for life.

I have been reaching out and making phone calls to local banks throughout the day to apply for a auto loan to determine which bank offered the best interest rate for me. However I wanted to keep all my personal loans with one bank and most of my larger loans were with Green State Credit Union. I had a very bad experience that day with them, they pulled my credit and advised me that they would be able to provide me the auto loan with a written exception to the underwriter that my vehicle title for other my auto loan is being mailed out in currently. Once they pulled my credit they denied me the loan due to not having that information on file even after informing me it was not a problem and would be overridden. After escalating this issue further nothing could be done. I called around multiple banks again and was looking to transfer all existing loans I had with Green State over because of that experience. The last call I made that day was late Friday afternoon and I reached Faiza Omar. Faiza Omar was very knowledgeable in the products the bank offered, what she could provide for me, and super personable. She was able to stay much later than her normal shift to help me succeed financially. Faiza, not only provided me a much lower rate for my auto loan, she personally would take time out of her day, numerous days to look at cars that would fit my budget. She would tell me the values of the cars, the cons, and pros of each vehicle. It took me almost 2 full months to find the vehicle I wanted. I also transferred my other vehicle over from Green State to Financial Plus and referred my family member to her. Faiza Omar is the reason I am now a loyal customer to Financial Plus Credit Union. She really went above and beyond for me consistently. I appreciate all that she has done. She truly deserves recognition for all of her hard work. It is very rare you run into someone with her work ethic and passion. This is a small bank and I see how busy she gets however she never fails to make time for me. Keeping up with each customers financial situations, connecting with them, and being able to adapt to their needs/wants is definitely one of her strengths. Financial Plus puts the member before the institution. Always friendly, always helpful, and always quick. I have had multiple car loans through FPCU from Faiza and am happy to work with her to get the terms that work for me and a good laugh.
