I really don't understand all the hate. I have purchased parts through this company over the past 3 years. If I've had issues their customer service always got back to me quickly and resolved all problems. I've been a very satisfied customer.
So I guess I feel a bit better knowing I'm not the only person getting the run around from this place. Very small order placed on Nov 23rd which STILL has not been sent to the post office. Brian blames it on USPS while USPS states they have not yet received the item. Funny, everything else is moving around the country via USPS, just not orders from Brian at JBAutosports Inc. And he provides zero transparency as to the issue with the order, just places blame on USPS. Multiple orders from different companies around the country placed AFTER I placed my order with JBAutosports Inc. and not only have they shipped, via USPS, but they've already arrived !! Take ownership for your own faults JBAutosports inc., it's apparent to all the other reviews here that the blame should solely be placed with you.
Customer service is terrible. Have to wait days on end after sending them an e-mail. Don't even have a number that we can call to help us out. Instructions on many of their products are very unclear, even with installation videos. They will only show main parts of it, but won't go into detail on how to do certain important things.
Horrible service. Ordered online centre caps, after placing order, I realized the price included only one centre cap, not 4. I send a request to cancel my order within 5 minutes of placing it. Brian was the one to respond, they decided to ignore my request, saying they already shipped the item, and instead suggested I order 3 more. I returned an email to Brian telling him I’m not planning to pay shipping again for 3 more, and that I insist on getting a refund on my one centre cap, I even specified I was willing to take a hit on the shipping. Brian and the rest of the company decided to ignore my email, and they didn’t even bother replying to it. they cannot be contacted at this point. Pretty unprofessional on their side. I don’t advise anyone to deal with these people.
Nothing in stock, all drop shipments from suppliers. They don’t reach out to you to tell you anything, you have to hound them for info. Website says 3-4 days for shipping things listed “in stock”, and they actually take 3-4 weeks to come from the manufacturer. They are just a middle man taking money and passing along shipping info to others to ship. I have bought way too much from there hoping it would get better, but it never does. It’s sad.
