I have had my storage unit for over a year since ive had this storage unit I have had been charged double on more then one occasion. Then after the one year was up I was charged and additional $30 charge when I tried to call to get to the bottom of it, all the phone numbers listed redirect you to the same number which places you on hold I spent 3 hours on hold left a message. No returned call, so a few days later I called again spent another 3 hours on hold. Went and made a fake inquiry on a storage unit in hopes that maybe someone would return my call faster still nothing. Then I sent an email after doing that I received a phone call saying it was in my contract every 6 months they increase the bill and that they emailed me notifying me of the increase which they did not. They reward there loyal customers by ripping them off a $30 increase is insane from the bill originally being $100. My experience with them has been less then impressed i didn't receive as much as an apology when I was charged twice. I am a single mom of two young children and I value my money as most people do what they have done is just wrong and I hope this saves someone else from being ripped off the way I have been.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal and the units are climate controlled which protects my property from the elements. Security is also good and provides a safe environment. I have rented units multiple times and recommend others to rent here if you are in need of storage.
This place is clean, affordable and awesome! The staff are kind and are always available to answer your questions. Access is easy and your stuff stays protected. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Des Moines area!
The staff were very helpful and willing to work with the somewhat out of the ordinary situation I was assisting my client with. They also have very reasonable rates and a clean facility. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.
