We had a great experience with JC Toland from start to finish. I reached out to the Residential PM, Zach, hoping to get a broad estimate on painting the main floor (walls, wainscoting, fireplace, cabinets, trim, ceilings and rafters) of a house with tons of oak. We were in the process of closing on the house but did not have possession yet. I honestly expected that he would just say, “No, can’t tell you anything until we get inside the house.” I was pleasantly surprised when he put together a list of detailed questions so he could give us a better idea of the costs we were looking at. Once we got possession, the actual bid was in the same range. He knew we were in a hurry to get the paint done so we could move in and was able to get a crew to start on our house the week after we closed on it. Ryan, Roger and Devonne did an excellent job and paid close attention to detail. Anytime we would stop by the house they would give us an update of where they were at in the process and what was left to do. Zach and the owner, Jeremy, stopped by at the end of the job for quality control. They all worked great together as a team – very professional. We are very please with the outcome. Will post more pics as soon as we get settled in.

It was a pleasure working with this company. From start to finish they were great. We have dealt with many contractors with our new home and they were, by far, the best. I just wish we would have had them do more painting then what we had done. They are responsive, prompt, and honest company. I will be having them do more for us in the future, the only painting company I will ever hire again

We had a great experience with JC Toland on the exterior painting of our house, specifically working with Zach and Dale. They provided a detailed quote and plan, worked diligently, and were detail oriented. Dale went above and beyond, helping repair a minor roof issue and cleaning out a dryer vent, in addition to the painting. Thanks for your good work!

My wife and I had a great experience with JC Toland at a previous house, so we decided to contact them about paining a condo for us before we moved into it. They were professional, responsive, and above all else, thorough. We cannot say enough about how great it was working with them. They are well worth the time and money!
