Domino's Pizza

I placed carryout order and arrived at store Add the designated time period no one acknowledged me for at least 5 minutes and when they did they let me know that my order was still being made even though the monitor said that my order was done. I go ahead and pay the guy and Wait another 10 minutes before I waste somebody down and say what the heck is up well one of my pieces was in getting hadn't been cooked in is still wasn't cooking it was going to take them 6 mormons to cook it at this point I Have been here almost 30 minutes. ) I asked him to refund me the money for the pizza that wasn't cook and he didn't know I'd already even paid I didn't get a receipt but I paid but the receipt was still up there at the register and he was able see that total waste of time . Food was good a little cool could have been sitting there while but still good

don’t order from this dominoes. seriously. waited 3 hours for an order that we placed at 9pm, set to arrive at 11pm by us. didn’t arrive by 11:30 so we called and the man on the phone said that his “driver couldn’t get through the hotel doors (which are automatic doors) and so he just left and went back to the dominoes store.” we explained that the doors are automatic so he should have no problem getting through them, man on phone said he would send driver back out and give us our food and that we should be waiting for him. 1.5 hours go by and still no one has arrived, we’ve been waiting in the lobby. we call again and same man as earlier says “he went back to the hotel and couldn’t get through the doors again.” we tell the man that “we’ve been sitting in the lobby for an hour and a half and that there’s no way he couldn’t get through the door-“ and then we were interrupted by him saying in a very rude tone “i’ll send him back out” and then he proceeds to hang up the phone. we wait for another 45 minutes and still no food (we spent almost $40 by the way with tip). we end up calling it a night and going to get fast food. as we are walking back into the hotel lobby with our fast food, there, on the front desk, is our dominoes. never spend your money here.

Our order was made super fast after using the app. Tom, our delivery driver, was also super fast and we appreciate it! The problem is, our pizza was almost to the point of burnt but not enough to be problematic. But Domino's, when did you stop using fresh tomatoes?! It's been a while since our last order but what came on our pizza was DEFINITELY not fresh tomato. It looked and tastes canned, and had I known that, we would've ordered differently. There was also barely any spinach or feta toppings on the pizza, and we did not order light toppings. There were special instructions to knock 3x on the ceiling when it was delivered and Tom definitely knocked on the door (5x), not on the ceiling (3x), and I'm sure he didn't egg the office when he left, as instructed. I'm kind of disappointed, but I guess I'll deal with it...

We've used this dominos for almost two years. Only one time was my order incorrect AND THEY SENT THE DRIVER BACK! AMAZING! LOVE THIS PLACE FOR QUICK LUNCH FOR MY DAY CARE AND MIX AND MATCH FOR DINNER FOR OUR CREW
